Field Trips cover a wide array of diverse birding sites in the Richmond area. Plus we have occasional state wide trips and adventures to other states such as West Virginia, North Carolina, and parts of Maryland. Field Trips provide opportunities for bird lovers to learn about bird identification, song, calls, habitat, etc. The Richmond Audubon welcomes both members and non-members to most field trips. We welcome everyone who has an interest in our feathered friends, from the casual back yard birders and kids, to life-long birding veterans. Come enjoy birding with us!
