Expanded 2nd Edition

"A Birder’s Guide to Metropolitan Richmond" is now available in the 2008 second edition. Wildlife-watchers will learn about more than fifty birding hotspots all within an hour’s drive of Richmond, Virginia's city limits. The birding regions are divided into five major sections: City of Richmond, east, west, north and south of the City.
The guidebook recommends trails and routes, names birds likely to be found, and gives easy-to-follow directions to find each site. It also includes an up-to-date checklist for birds of central Virginia. A portion of the proceeds go to the Richmond Audubon Society
