Membership Meeting Pre-meeting Dinner - Held at 5:30 PM the third Thursday of the months: January, February, March, April, May, September and October. Pre-meeting Dinners are also held at St. Luke Lutheran Church, 7757 Chippenham Parkway, at the Custis Rd. and Chippenham Parkway intersection. There is a nominal fee of $5.00 per person and we ask that you contact the Hostpitality Chairperson or the Program Chairperson one day prior to the dinner if you plan to attend. For those who want to come, but are unsure if you can make it, get your name on the list anyway. If you can’t make it, you will not be responsible for the cost. Too much food is better than not enough! Entree items for the pre-meeting dinners are provided by some of the attendees by pre-arrangement. We always need both vegetarian and meat entrees as well as salads and side dishes. If you would like to volunteer to prepare your favorite dish with our group, contact the Hostpitality Chairperson by the Sunday before the meeting. If you want to be reimbursed for your expenses, keep your receipts and bring them to the dinner. Come join us for this monthly fellowship event. Bon Apatite!
